About Magic Ears

Magic Ears, located in Beijing, specializes in teaching children between the ages of 5 and 12. Our classes maintain a small size of up to 4 students. We are currently seeking native English speakers from Canada or the USA, preferably with an ESL certificate or teaching experience (although these qualifications are not always mandatory). As a teacher at Magic Ears, you will be provided with teaching materials curated by the company. Our working hours are as follows: weekdays from 6:30pm to 9pm, and weekends and holidays from 10am to 11:30am & 6:30pm to 9pm (Beijing Time). The booking rate for our classes depends on the teacher's performance and the student's satisfaction. Magic Ears offers a base rate of $7.50 per 30-minute class ($15 per hour), along with potential bonuses, to teachers who meet our basic requirements.
