USTALK is a company that may no longer be in operation. They have informed me via email that they provide a payment range of $8-12 USD per 25-minute session. Additionally, they offer various incentives and bonuses. Training is compensated, and classes consist of one-on-one sessions with young Chinese students. It is not mandatory for teachers to create teaching materials. Flexibility is provided as teachers can set their own schedules; however, they must be accessible for a minimum of 4 hours during peak Chinese hours, which include weekday evenings and all day on weekends.
