My Cool Class (Cooperative) is a newly established teacher cooperative operating in the UK. Our unique concept empowers teachers to become co-owners of the company, allowing them to design their own lessons, determine their own schedules and prices, and enjoy the rights and benefits that every worker deserves. Although the cooperative is still in its initial stages, its future prospects are highly promising.
