Unlike most other companies, with PalFish you can teach from your phone , using their super interactive PalFish teachers app. Teaching Schedule: Set your own availability using their simple and flexible calendar system. Each class is 25 minutes. Additionally, you can also offer freetalk classes and livestreamed classes according to your own schedule. Peak Times (all times are in UTC+8, Beijing time): - Monday to Friday: 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm - Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 am – 9:00 pm Teacher Requirements: - Passport from USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Philippines (required) - Fluent in English (required) - Hold a teaching certification (such as TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent) (required) - Hold a Bachelor’s degree (required) in any subject Salary: - Official Kids Course (OKC): Starts at $10 /hr base pay, increasing up to $13 /hr according to the number of “points” scored in the previous month (you earn points for teaching classes, converting trial classes, attending training, etc). - Additional bonuses for converting trial class students, recruiting teachers, etc. - You can also offer your own freetalk classes and livestreams, for which you set your own fees and create your own course materials.
